Famous singer and songwriter Sheryl Crow together with American company Botheel Trading Co created her first jeans collection. The name of the new brand is correspondingly simple – Botheel Trading Co. By Sheryl Crow. The impulse to create a new denim brand was the idea that jeans should be sold in medium-priced stores. All Sheriy Crow’s jeans models cost fewer than 100 dollars so that everyone could afford to buy them. The singer was inspired by western and vintage styles, which reveals itself in her customized jeans collection. “My style is very Americana, I gravitate to pieces that are American by nature, either western or Depression-era”, Sheryl Crow said. Besides, her jeans are eco-friendly; they are made from ecological cotton and with the use of fair trade. The songwriter herself calls her tailor made jeans  comfortably and earthly. She also says: “I do almost everything in jeans, except sleep”.

Victoria Beckham has created her customized jeans brand many years ago. She has also written a book, and one of its chapters is entirely dedicated to jeans. The singer and style-icon believes every woman should have at least two pairs of jeans – skinny and bell-bottomed. And a pair of figure-forming, tight on thighs. The most important thing to remember is that the underwear looking out of jeans is ugly and vulgar, says Victoria Beckham. Apart from women’s jeans collection the singer also has plans to design jeans for men. And her husband David Beckham is going to become her muse.

Rock-singer Tommy Lee has now a limited edition jeans collection, that was inspired by tattoos and is called “People’s Liberation for Tommy Lee” (PL for TL). Tommy Lee’s denim collection comes as a continuation of People’s Liberation brand series. Rock star’s collection is meant for both men and women and is based on edgy and sleek fit. Bollywood actor John Abraham, famous for his films “Garam Masala”, “Dhoom” and “Jism” set up his mind to design a new denim collection of Wrangler brand meant for Indian market. And international designers Salli Deighton and Ramneel Walia have agreed to give him necessary support. John Abraham defines the style of the jeans collection as basic and retro and says it reflects his own personality. “In India we usually get the season’s collections a few months later than the West, but this is the first line that will be on par with the rest of the world. I will do a new collection every season and it will be available only at a few select stores in the Indian metros”, the actor said.
