I wear a size 28 waist for mens jeans but for women size im not really sure what size i am for women, help?

Author: ive been investing my money to get me some nice jeans well skinny jeans but, around here looking for some men skinny jeans are a pain, so im stuck looking for women jeans but im not sure what size am i.
What brand jeans fit someone who is short with big thighs/butt and a small waist? Hollister?
I was thinking of ordering some of their jeans online. i wear a size 0short but I’ve never really tried on any jean brands I can find online… :/
Any suggestions?

How do you buy jeans according to your waist size?
I want to buy these jeans that are on sale via internet. The only size they have available is 28 and 30. My waist size is a 31 but whenever I buy jeans that are a 30 they fit too big! I’m a size 6 mind you. Whenever I try a 29 they’re still a little big in the waist but fit better overrall should i go for the 28 or 30?
